Fall Strength & Conditioning – Basketball

Sign up for Fall Strength and Conditioning has begun for both the boys and girls basketball programs.

We will have an a strength and conditioning program for September and October. It will look like an 8 week block, 3x a week. Program will be focused on vertical jump, lateral quickness, increase in lean body mass, and flexibility. Session will likely be after school on a Tuesday, Thursday, Friday schedule. More information to come on schedule.
Cost would be $170.00 working out to $7 per session. If anyone needs assistance covering the cost of the workouts, we can explore additional resources to help cover those costs.
