Fall Strength & Conditioning – Basketball

Sign up for Fall Strength and Conditioning has begun for both the boys and girls basketball programs. We will have an a strength and conditioning program for September and October. It will look like an 8 week block, 3x a week. Program will be focused on vertical jump, lateral quickness, increase in lean body mass, and flexibility. Session

Schedule physicals now for 2017-18 school year

All incoming Freshmen should provide a baseline physical for school registration regardless of whether a sport will be played or not.  Athletes should schedule physicals for sports participation now.  It will be valid for two years for OSAA sports. Boys & Girls Basketball at State tournament, OSU Corvallis

#5 Boys brought home our first win at the State Basketball Tournament yesterday afternoon with a 54-38 victory over #4 Summit.  They face #1 ranked conference rival, Wilsonville in the seminfinal game tomorrow, Thursday at 1:30 PM. #1 Lady Falcons take on fellow NW Oregon Conference opponent #9 Putnam, in the Quarterfinal today at 1:30 PM at Gill

Girls Basketball NWOC Champions host #16 Central Panthers 6 PM Saturday

With an Overall Record of 22-2, and 14-0 League Record, the Lady Falcons again hold NWOC Conference title for the 3rd consecutive year in the 5A Classification.  It is however, their 5th consecutive conference championship, with previous titles in the 4A-2 Tri Valley Conference. Winter Sports Awards – Thursday March 16

Our Annual Winter Sports Awards will be held on Thursday, March 16 at 7pm in the Auditorium. We begin the evening with Opening Remarks from our Director of Athletics, Glenn Elliott, followed by a season recap from our Varsity Coaches and then Closing Remarks.  Individual teams meet before and after the awards ceremony to distribute team plaques
